Her passion is to help people find their own voice. With 8 years experience helping people improve their communication skills and to speak with confidence, Emily gives the guidance you need to unlock your vocal potential.
Her background is in acting, trying to find her own voice to be able to play different characters and making them sound authentic as possible. In 2016, she did her Masters in Professional Voice Practice and has been helping people express themselves since. She realised that no one teaches you how to speak and not many people know about speaking with clarity in front of others. If there is something wrong with your voice, people are unsure of who to turn to.
During lockdown, this is where she created Speaking Voices, a company which is tailored to make speaking fun and entertaining. Her programmes enhance the way people talk to their colleagues, friends and family and debunks all their inner thoughts of how they should sound.
Her philosophy is to get people to like their own voice and to enable them to speak confidently all the time. With Emily's expertise and support, your voice will be transformed and ready to go whenever you want to speak.
- How Does The Membership Work?Once you paid for the monthly subscription, you will get access to your login details, where you will create your own password. And then you can start learning, by going through the modules.
This course is a digital online platform. The course will be drip fed, where you will learn 2 new vowel sounds a week so you're not inundated with lots of new information. - How Long Will It Take Me To Complete The Course?I created the course to be 20 weeks long, however I know everyone's rate of learning will be different and this is a guideline of the shortest possible time to see a difference of change to your accent and your voice.
The course itself is very self explanatory as it's a linear course, where you learn one module and it follows to the next one. - Can I Access The Materials On Any Device?Absolutely! Our platform is accessible from various devices including computers, tablets, and smartphones, so you can practice and learn on the go.
- Can I Get Extra Guidance During The Membership?Yes there are plenty ways you can get help whilst being part of the membership. There is a private facebook group, where you can post your questions, ideas, thoughts etc. And also inside the membership you can upgrade to book 1:1 sessions with me.
- Is This Membership Suitable For Beginners?You will need to have good understanding of English to learn the content. But you can still use this membership alongside to help you learn English. Please note that this does not teach you how to speak English, it teaches you the Received Pronunciation accent, which is the neutral British English accent.
